How supported living works
Our approach

Right support. Right care. Right culture.

CQC’s three principles for supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability shape how we plan, deliver and lead our service.

Right support

Maximising each person’s choice, control and independence.

Right care

Person-centred care that promotes dignity, privacy and human rights.

Right culture

Values and behaviours that help people lead confident, inclusive and empowered lives.

Making a referral

Four simple steps to moving in

  1. Get in touch

Call, email or send the referral form.

  2. Assessment

We meet the person and those who know them best.

  3. Visits & transition plan

Getting to know the home and team, at the person’s pace.

  4. Move in

Support from day one, reviewed together as the person settles.

Going paperless

Digital by default, kinder to the planet

We are moving our ways of working from paper to secure digital systems. Going paperless cuts waste, helps the environment and means information is up to date, easy to find and better protected.

  • Digital records and forms instead of paper
  • Electronic signatures and online communication where possible
  • Less printing, less waste, smaller footprint
