Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities to live well in their own homes, following each person’s support plan.

Kind, patient and reliable
Experience in care is welcome but not essential; full training is provided
Able to work a flexible rota, which may include weekends, evenings and sleep-in shifts

Lead shifts and guide the team, making sure every tenant receives safe, person-centred support of a high standard.
